Abstract：In this paper,the occupational hazards of cytotoxic drugs are clarified based on the relevant literature in recent year,combined with the characteristics of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAs),from the centralized cytotoxic drug intravenous configuration process and occupational protection,etc.In order to improve the risk prevention ability of PIVAs staff and avoid occupational hazards,specific protection strategies are proposed.Cytotoxic drugs have certain occupational hazards,and it is necessary to standardize the preparation and operation methods.The staffs of the intravenous drug preparation center need to continuously improve their risk prevention capabilities and awareness of standard operation to minimize occupational hazards and ensure their own safety.
