Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of cervical dilation balloon in induced labor of full-term pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 full-term pregnant women who underwent induced labor in Xinyu People′s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All selected pregnant women were divided into control group (41 cases) and observation group (39 cases) according to the different induced labor methods.The pregnant women in the control group were given Oxytocin to promote uterine contraction and induced labor,and the pregnant women in the observation group were given Oxytocin combined with cervical dilation balloon for induced labor.The Bishop score,success rate of induced labor,and stage of labor were compared between the two groups.Results The Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after induced labor for 12 h,the success rate of induced labor in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the parturient time and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Cervical dilation balloon in induced labor of full-term pregnancy has better application effect,it can effectively promote cervical ripeness,increase the success rate of induced labor,and shorten the stage of labor,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
