Abstract：Objective To compare the clinical effect of small incision cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones.Methods A total of 92 patients with gallstones who admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The experimental group received laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while the control group received small incision cholecystectomy.The clinical efficacy,intraoperative blood loss,time to get out of bed,anal exhaust time,intestinal function recovery time,operation time and total incidence of complications (bile duct damage,bile leakage and incision infection) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the time to get out of bed,anal exhaust time,intestinal function recovery time and operation time were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications included bile duct damage,bile leakage and incision infection of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The total clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones is significantly better than that of small incision cholecystectomy.
