Abstract:Objective To analyze the occupational status and occupational benefit status of junior nurses,and explore the related factors.Methods According to the random sampling method,five Grade A hospitals in Suzhou and Nanjing were selected from June to October 2019,and 200 low-age nurses were randomly selected as subjects,and the occupational benefit questionnaire was used to conduct the survey.Results A total of 200 questionnaires were sent out,and those with more than 2 missing items in the questionnaire were deleted,and 197 copies were recovered.197 lowage nurses scored(129.16±15.97)points for their sense of occupational benefit.According to the standard for occupational benefit scores,the score results are at the middle and upper level;the scores of relatives and friends in all dimensions are the lowest,followed by nurses and patients The relationship score;the comparison of the professional benefit sense of the junior nurses in different departments,different educational backgrounds,and establishment or not,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The sense of professional gain of junior nurses is above the average.Furthermore,the data showed that education background,establishment and department are the main influencing factors.
