台盼蓝不同染色方法对白内障超声乳化吸除术的影响

摘要目的探讨台盼蓝不同染色方法在白内障超声乳化吸除术中及术后的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月～2019年10月福建省南平市第一医院收治的60例（60眼）全白白内障患者作为研究对象，按照随机抽签法将其分为A组（20例）、B组（20例）和C组（20例）。A组采用直接染色法，B组采用气泡下染色法，C组采用黏弹剂下染色法。观察三组的前囊膜染色情况，比较三组的连续环形撕囊（CCC）成功率、晶体后囊破裂情况、角膜水肿及手术前后视力、角膜内皮计数。结果三组的前囊膜染色情况、CCC成功率、晶体后囊膜破裂情况、术后视力、角膜水肿、术后角膜内皮计数比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。三组术后角膜内皮计数低于术前，视力高于术前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论台盼蓝三种染色方法在术中及术后无明显差异，而直接染色法操作简单，效果明显，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of different staining methods of Trypan Blue during and after phacoemulsification of cataract.Methods From March 2017 to October 2019,60 patients (60 eyes) with total cataract admitted to the First Hospital of Nanping City in Fujian Province were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into group A (20 cases) and group B (20 cases) and group C (20 cases) according to the random lottery method.Group A used direct staining method,group B used bubble staining method,and group C used viscoelastic staining method.The anterior capsule staining of the three groups was observed,and the success rate of continuous curvilineal capsulorrhexis (CCC),posterior lens capsule rupture,corneal edema,visual acuity and corneal endothelial counts before and after surgery were compared in the three groups.Results There were no significant differences in the staining of the anterior capsule,the success rate of CCC,the rupture of the posterior capsule,the postoperative visual acuity,corneal edema,and postoperative corneal endothelial counts among the three groups (P＞0.05).The corneal endothelial counts in the three groups after surgery were lower than those before surgery,and the visual acuity was higher than that before surgery,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The three staining methods of Trypan Blue have no obvious difference during and after surgery,while the direct staining method is simple to operate and has obvious effect,which is worthy of promotion.
