Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Esomeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods From June 2018 to December 2019,a total of 120 patients with peptic ulcer and acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in Yangjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table wethod, they were divided into observation group (60 cases)and control group (60 cases). The control group was treated with Omeprazole and the observation group was treated with Esomeprazole. The pH value of fasting gastric juice before and after treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in fasting gastric juice pH value between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),and fasting gastric juice pH value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the time of hemostasis, stopping hematemesis and turning yellow stool in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 75.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole can improve the clinical symptoms and increase the pH value of gastric juice of patients with peptic ulcer and acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, the effect is reliable and can be popularized.
