Application of Pinaverium Bromide combined with Scopolamine Butylbromide in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of Pinaveonium Bromide combined with Scopolamine butylbromide in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).Methods Seventy-five patients who underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in the Department of Gastroenterology，Guangxin District People′s Hospital，Shangrao City，Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected.According to odd and even grouping method，they were divided into control group (n=37) and observation group (n=38).The control group used 30 minutes before surgery: Pethidine and Diazepam;the observation group used Pethidine and Diazepam routinely on the basis of pan medication，Pinaverium Bromide combined with Scopolamine Butylbromide to compare the successful intubation time of patients of the two groups，monitor and compare the serum amylase content at 3h and 24h after operation;compare the incidence of complications and abdominal pain in patients.Results The time of successful intubation in the observation group was (3.71±0.63) min，shorter than that in the control group of (5.48±0.72) min.The serum amylase level was lower than that in the control group at 3h and 24h after surgery，and the degree of abdominal pain was lower than that in the control group，with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications was 2.63% in the observation group and 16.22% in the control group，with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Pinaverium Bromide combined with Scopolamine Butylbromide can shorten the intubation time of patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography，reduce the incidence of complications，and reduce abdominal pain significantly，which is worth popularizing.
