Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of asthma housekeeper shubao in the whole process management of moderate bronchial asthma attact.Methods A total of eighty-six patients with moderate bronchial asthma admitted to Hexian Memorial Hospital of Panyu District in Guangzhou City from April 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group (n=43) and observation group (n=43) according to random number table method.The control group used the conventional management method,and the observation group was managed on the basis of the control group in conjunction with the asthma butler.Pulmonary function levels,asthma control test (ACT) scores,and management quality were compared between the two groups.Results The forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1),FEV1 as a prjected percentaye (FEV1%) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) levels of the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 6 months′ management,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The daily activities,dyspnea,asthma symptoms,first aid medication,and asthma control scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 6 months′ management,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The management content,management method,management form,management approach and service attitude scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 6 months′ management,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Asthma housekeeper Shubao can improve the pulmonary function level and ACT score of patients with moderate bronchial asthma attack treatment,which can improve the management quality and is worthy of promotion and application.
