Abstract: Objective To explore the nursing measures of Wevar to promote the healing of immune ulcers.Methods A total of 100 patients with rheumatic immune diseases and skin ulcers admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was divided into group A and group B:group A adopted traditional wound care technology,group B adopted new dressing wound care technology;research group was divided into group C and group D:group C used Wevar irradiation and traditional wound care technology,group D used Wevar irradiation and new dressing wound care technology,and they intervened for 3 months.The wound healing effect,wound dressing change times and medical expenses of the four groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the wound healing effect of group B was better than that of group A,the wound healing effect of group D was better than that of group C,and the wound healing effect of research group was better than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the number of wound dressing changes and medical expenses in group B were lower than those in group A,the number of wound dressing changes and medical expenses in group D were lower than those in group C,and the number of wound dressing changes and medical expenses in the research group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Wevar combined with wound care technology can accelerate the healing of immune ulcers,reduce the number of dressing changes,and reduce medical expenses.
