Abstract:Objective To compare of the value of B-ultrasound and CT in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors. Methods A total of 284 patients with thyroid tumors who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.Color B-ultrasound and spiral CT were carried out respectively. The pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard, and the diagnostic coincidence rate, specificity and sensitivity between the two methods were compared. Results In 81 patients with thyroid microcarcinoma (lesion diameter ≤1.0 cm),the diagnostic coincidence rate (76.54%),specificity (54.55%) and sensitivity (84.75%) of B-ultrasound were higher than those of CT (58.02%,27.27%,69.49%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Among 203 cases of thyroid cancer (lesion diameter>1.0 cm),the diagnostic coincidence rate (93.60%),specificity (88.24%) and sensitivity (94.09%)of B-ultrasound were not statistically different from those of CT (90.15%,70.59%,91.94%) (P>0.05).Conclusion For thyroid microcarcinoma (lesion diameter ≤1.0 cm),the coincidence rate of B-ultrasonic diagnosis is higher than that of CT,while for the lesion diameter >1.0 cm,both methods have higher positive diagnosis rate.
