Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of modular intervention on the rehabilitation effect of inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Fifth People′s Hospital of Jiujiang City from January to October 2019 were registered and numbered according to the admission sequence and divided into the study group and the control group by simple random sampling method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group achieved routine management mode, while the study group was divided into positive symptom module group and negative symptom module group and each module was intervened according to its main problems.Activities of daily living (ADL),simple quality of life (SF-36) scales were used as evaluation tool. The ADL scores, the SF-36 scores before and after intervention and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the ADL scores and the SF-36 scores of the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).After intervention, the ADL scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, the SF-36 scores were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the ADL score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group (94.0%) was higher than that of the control group (68.0%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The modular intervention on the rehabilitation of inpatients with schizophrenia can establish an effective rehabilitation intervention mechanism, improve the quality of life and provide basis for the diversified development of psychiatric nursing.
