Abstract:Objective To explore urinary tract pathogens and drug sensitivity in patients with ureteral calculi obstruction.Methods From March to November 2017,79 patients with ureteral calculi obstruction in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The upper and lower urine samples of the patients were collected for bacterial culture and drug sensitivity analysis.The distribution of urinary tract pathogens and drug sensitivity were analyzed.Results A total of 46 pathogenic bacteria,including 11 Gram-positive bacteria and 35 Gram-negative bacteria were isolated and detected in the upper urine sample of the patient.A total of 88 pathogenic bacteria including 28 Gram-positive bacteria were isolated and detected in the lower urine sample.The main Gram-positive bacteria had the highest sensitivity to Penicillin,and the main Gram-negative bacteria had the highest sensitivity to Imipenem and Amikacin.Conclusion The main pathogenic bacteria in the urinary tract of patients with ureteral stone obstruction are Gram-negative ones,which have the highest sensitivity to Imipenem and Amikacin.Therapeutic effects of Imipenem and Amikacin for ureteral stone obstruction are relatively favorable.
