Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of Rifampicin drug resistant real-time fluorescent quantitative nucleic acid amplification (Xpert Mtb/RIF) in clinical pathway of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects of study,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine method of tuberculosis directly without Xpert Mtb/RIF,the experimental group was treated according to the results of Xpert Mtb/RIF test.The length of stay and the cost of diagnosis and treatment were compared between the two groups.The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions was compared between the two groups.The satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results The length of stay in hospital in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the cost of diagnosis and treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The treatment total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis after tested by Xpert Mtb/RIF can effectively shorter the number of days in hospital and reduce the cost of diagnosis and treatment,reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.Rifampin drug resistant real-time Xpert Mtb/RIF has the value of promotion in the clinical treatment of tuberculosis patients.
