Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from May 22,2018 to May 22,2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) according to the single and double numbers, the observation group received comfortable nursing, and the control group received conventional nursing. The forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),FEV1,arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2),nursing service satisfaction, quality of care satisfaction, compliance behavior, and accident total rate were compared between the two groups. Results Observation group′s satisfaction with nursing service (96.67%),satisfaction with nursing quality (98.33%),compliance with medical practice (100.00%),FEV1([2271.36±5.81]ml),FEV1/FVC (75.97±5.46),SaO2 ([96.68±1.75]%) were higher than the control group′s satisfaction with nursing service (76.67%),satisfaction with nursing quality (83.33%),compliance behavior (86.67%),FEV1([2162.15±4.59]ml),FEV1/FVC (66.13±4.55),SaO2 ([92.33±1.65]%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of accidents in the observation group (1.67%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing is effective for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which can improve nursing satisfaction and lung function, also reduce the incidence of accidents.
