Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of risk management on self-management behavior and the incidence of adverse events in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given risk management on the basis of the control group. The scores of self-management behavior, total incidence of adverse events and nursing total satisfaction rate after 1 month of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The self-management behavior score of the observation group ([86.13±7.69]points) was higher than that of the control group ([74.22±8.32]points),the total incidence of adverse events (10.00%) was lower than that of the control group (40.00%),the nursing total satisfaction rate(99.67%) was higher than that of the control group (66.67%),and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management for patients with maintenance hemodialysis can improve self-management behavior and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
