Abstract:Objective To investigate and compare the application effect of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and multilayer spiral CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesions. Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,a total of 53 patients with pancreatic cystic lesions admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects. All patients were examined with MRI,MSCT sequentially before operation.Final surgical pathology examination was used as the gold standard for diagnosis, and the application effect of MRI,MSCT examination in the diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesions was compared, and the examination time of the two methods was compared. Results Among the 53 patients,14 cases were pseudocyst,5 cases were true cyst,9 cases were mucinous cystic tumor,7 cases were serous cystic tumor,6 cases were solid pseudopapillary tumor,8 cases were intraductal papillary myxoma and 4 cases were cystadenocarcinoma according to pseudocyst by postoperative pathology. With the postoperative pathological results as the gold standard, the coincidence rate of MRI,MSCT examination and diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesions was 98.11% and 92.45%,and there was no significant difference between the two methods (P>0.05).The examination time of MSCT was (19.6±3.2) min, which was shorter than (28.7±4.1) min of MRI,the difference was statistically significant (t=5.351,P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesions,MRI and MSCT examination methods can get relatively accurate diagnosis effect, the time of MSCT is relatively short, the examination is faster, while the MRI examination can carry on the comprehensive scan from the multi-directional,provides the more sac changes related information, the clinical application may choose the suitable examination way according to the actual situation.
