Abstract：Objective To understand the storage conditions of solid preparations in hospitals,and to analyze their characteristics so as to strengthen drug quality control.Methods A total of 409 kinds of solid preparations form drugs with the largest number in Liaoning Jinqiu Hospital from January to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.The storage conditions of light,temperature,humidity and sealing degree in the package inserts were counted and recorded,and the storage stability was analyzed combined with the pharmacological effects and dosage form characteristics of the drugs.Results Tablet was the most common form of solid preparation,accounting for 57.95%.Among the humidity conditions,decoction pieces,powder and traditional Chinese medicine pills had the highest humidity requirements,accounting for 100.00%,83.33% and 54.55% of the dosage forms respectively.In the condition of temperature,all the drugs in three solid preparations,inhaled powder,freeze-dried powder and powder had the limitation of temperature.In the light condition,the lyophilized powder preparation had the highest requirement for light,accounting for 75.00% of the dosage form.All the varieties in broken wall decoction pieces,granules,pills and powder had the limitation of sealing.According to the classification of pharmacological actions,the proportion of anti-tumor,vitamins and minerals and the anti-microbial drugs limitation of light,temperature,humidity and density of were the highest,accounting for 16.67%,15.38% and 10.71% of the pharmacological actions,respectively.Conclusion Combining with the characteristics of solid dosage form and pharmacological action,improving the drug storage environment,perfecting the drug storage system,and strengthening the drug quality control management can ensure the drug quality.
