加速康复外科理念在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用价值

摘要目的探讨加速康复外科理念在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2018年10月～2019年10月我院收治的60例行腹腔镜手术的患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）与试验组（30例），对照组给予围术期常规护理，试验组给予围术期加速康复外科护理。对比两组术后拔尿管时间、首次下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、麻醉相关并发症发生率、术后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分。结果试验组术后拔尿管时间、首次下床活动时间、肛门排气时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组麻醉相关并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后24 h，试验组VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论加速康复外科理念下给予妇科腹腔镜手术患者护理服务，有利于缩短术后拔尿管时间、下床活动时间与肛门排气时间，促进术后早期康复，降低术后并发症，减轻患者术后疼痛感，具有较高护理价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients with gynecological laparoscopy.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,a total of 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group (30 cases) and a test group (30 cases).The control group was given perioperative routine care,the experimental group was given perioperative accelerated rehabilitation surgical care.The postoperative catheter removal time,the time to get out of bed for the first time,the anal exhaust time,the incidence of anesthesiarelated complications and the postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The time of urinary catheter removal,the time of getting out of bed for the first time,and the time of anal exhaust in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of anesthesia-related complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 24 h,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery,nursing services for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery are conducive to shortening postoperative catheter removal time,getting out of bed and anal exhaust time,promoting early postoperative recovery,reducing postoperative complications,and reducing postoperative complications pain,with high nursing value.
