Abstract:Objective To explore the application of scenario simulation combined with mind mapping teaching in the training of core nursing system for N1 nurses.Methods A total of 64 N1 nurses who worked in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the research group according to different training methods,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was trained by traditional teaching method,while the research group was trained by scenario simulation combined with mind mapping teaching.The training satisfaction scores,qualification rates of theoretical assessment,single operation assessment and comprehensive quality assessment of the two groups after 5 months training were compared.Results The training satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the qualification rates of the oretical assessment,single operation assessment and comprehensive quality assessment of the two groups before training (P>0.05).The qualification rates of the oretical assessment,single operation assessment and comprehensive quality assessment of the two groups after training were higher than those before training,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After training,the qualification rates of theoretical assessment,single operation assessment and comprehensive quality assessment of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation combined with mind mapping teaching in the core nursing system training for N1 nurses obtains an ideal effect,which can effectively enhance the initiative in learning,improve the satisfaction with teaching and training,and deepen the understanding of nurse on thecore nursing system.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
