Abstract:Objective To investigate the detection and clinical significance of antibody spectrum of autoimmune liver disease related to autoimmune liver disease. Methods From March 2018 to January 2020,30 patients with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH),30 patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC),30 patients with primary sclerosing cholangiopathy(PSC) and 30 healthy subjects who voluntarily participated in this project in our hospital were selected. The serum anti nuclear antibody (ANA),anti mitochondrial antibody (AMA) and anti smooth muscle antibody (SMA) antibodies of the four groups of subjects were measured by indirect immunofluorescence. The levels of anti soluble liver antigen/ liver hepatopancreas antigen(SLA/LP)and liver kidney microsomal antibody type Ⅰ(LKM-Ⅰ)were determined by immunoblotting and the results were compared. Results The positive rates of serum ANA in the AIH group, the PBC group, and the PSC group were higher than those of the healthy group (P<0.05).The positive rate of serum ANA in the AIH group was higher than that of the PBC group and the PSC group (P<0.05).The positive rate of serum AMA in the PBC group was higher than that in the AIH group, the PSC group and the healthy group (P<0.05).The positive rates of SMA titer ≥1/320,SLA/LP,and LKM-Ⅰin the AIH group were higher than those in the PBC group, the PSC group and the healthy group (P<0.05).Conclusion The antibody spectrum of autoimmune liver disease is feasible for clinical diagnosis of autoimmune liver disease and has important guiding value.
