Abstract:Objective To explore the value of combined detection of Hcy,Cys-C and ACR in the early stage diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods A total of 125 cases of DN patients treated in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,125 cases of simple diabetes patients in the same period were selected as the control group, and 125 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as the healthy group. The levels of ACR,Hcy and Cys-C were compared among the three groups, and their clinical value in the early diagnosis of DN was discussed. Results The levels of Hcy,Cys-C and ACR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the healthy group (P<0.05).The levels of Hcy,Cys-C and ACR in the control group were higher than those in the healthy group (P<0.05).The positive rates of combined detection of Hcy,Cys-C and ACR in the observation group and the control group were higher than those of single indicator (P<0.05).Area under the curve of combined detection of Hcy,Cys-C and ACR was higher than that of single indicator (P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of Hcy,Cys-C and ACR is of great significance, which is helpful for improving the accuracy of the early diagnosis of DN,it is worthy of being promoted.
