Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance characteristics of Mycoplasma detected in our hospital in 2019 to provide basis for the rational use of antibiotics. Methods The gender ratio, age distribution, department distribution and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) detected in our hospital in 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 1300 cases (169 males and 1131 females) of Uu and 161 cases (6 males and 155 females) of Mh were detected in 2019.Mycoplasma was distributed in all age groups,Uu was mostly detected in ≤25 years old patient group. In terms of department distribution, the departments were mainly concentrated in gynecology(Uu:64.77%,Mh: 75.16%),obstetrics (Uu: 9.23%,Mh: 10.56%),urology (Uu: 10.54%,Mh: 3.73%),reproductive medicine (Uu: 8.31%,Mh: 3.73%),other departments accounted for less.Drug sensitivity results showed that Uu had a strong sensitivity to Doxycycline,Fulminomycin,Acrosamycin,Clarithromycin,Azithromycin, with the sensitivity rates of 92.69%,93.00%,97.69%,88.69%,77.23%,respectively,while Mh was more sensitive to Doxycycline,Fulminomycin,Acrosamycin, with the sensitivity rates of 86.33%,86.96%,91.3%.Conclusion The Mycoplasma infection detected in our hospital is mainly Uu,the antibiotics should be used according to the results of clinical drug sensitivity in clinical departments.
