中医小儿健脾推拿法辅助治疗婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏的临床效果

摘要目的观察中医小儿健脾推拿法辅助治疗婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏（CMPA）的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月～2020年1月我院收治的80例CMPA患儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组患儿采用饮食回避及替代治疗，观察组患儿在饮食回避及替代治疗的基础上给予中医小儿健脾推拿法治疗。观察治疗3个月后两组患儿的临床效果、体重及身高增长情况。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率（95.0%）高于对照组（80.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患儿的体重增加为（1.07±0.27）kg，高于对照组的（0.59±0.15）kg，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患儿的身高增加为（3.06±0.91）cm，高于对照组的（2.65±0.67）cm，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论对CMPA患儿在饮食回避及替代治疗基础上采取中医小儿健脾推拿治疗可以明显提高患儿的临床治疗效果，促进生长发育。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of spleen-strengthening massage in traditional Chinese medicine for children in the treatment of infant cow′s milk protein allergy (CMPA).Methods A total of 80 children with CMPA admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diet avoidance and alternative therapy,and the observation group was treated with spleen-strengthening massage based on diet avoidance and alternative therapy.After 3 months treatment,the clinical efficacy,weight and height growth of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.0%) was higher than that of the control group (80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The weight growth of the observation group([1.07±0.27] kg) was higher than that of the control group ([2.65±0.67] kg),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The height growth of the observation group ([3.06±0.91] cm) was higher than that of the control group([2.65±0.67] cm),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of diet avoidance and alternative therapy,spleen-strengthening massage in traditional Chinese medicine for children with CMPA can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect and promote the growth and development of children.
