Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of different doses of Ropivacaine Hydrochloride in patients with subarachnoid anaesthesia. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with subarachnoid anaesthesia in the hospital from July to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases) according to different doses of Ropivacaine Hydrochloride. The control group was given middle dose of Ropivacaine Hydrochloride, and the observation group was given low dose of Ropivacaine Hydrochloride. The anesthetic effect,Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS)score, autonomic urination function, indwelling catheterization and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The plane fixed time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the postoperative recovery time of motion in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The BCS scores in the observation group at different time after surgery were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The BCS scores in the control group after surgery for 6 h (T2) and after surgery for 24 h (T3) were higher than those in same group after surgery for 3 h (T1),with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the BCS scores in the observation group at different time after surgery (P>0.05).The urination frequency and residual urine volume increased at T3 in the two groups, and the maximum bladder pressure volume decreased. However, the urination frequency and residual urine volume at T3 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the maximum bladder pressure volume was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The indwelling catheterization rate and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with significant statistically differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose of Ropivacaine Hydrochloride in subarachnoid anaesthesia has better effect,it can increase postoperative comfort, alleviate the degree of autonomic urination function damage, reduce indwelling catheterization rate and reduce the incidence of complications.
