Abstract: Objective To study the value of complete thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with early lung cancer. Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,100 patients with early lung cancer in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group (n=50) and the experimental group (n=50) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with open pulmonary lobectomy, and the experimental group was treated with complete thoracoscopic surgery. The total effective rate, the total incidence rate of complication, pain degree and operation index of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 74.00%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was 12.00%,which was lower than that in the control group accounting for 28.00%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The pain degree of the experimental group was milder than that of the control group (P<0.05).The amount of bleeding during operation of the experimental group was less than that of the control group, and the discharge time, drainage time, and operation time of the experimental group were all shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Complete thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with early lung cancer can reduce the incidence of complications, pain, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve the total effective rate of treatment, the effect is more ideal.
