Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium on the treatment of oligohydramnios in pregnancy. Methods A total of 80 patients with oligohydramnios in the middle and late stages of pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided by single and double drawing. The singular was the control group (n=40), the even number was the observation group (n=40). The control group was treated with intravenous fluid replacement, the observation group was treated with low-dose Low-Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium on the basis of the control group, amniotic fluid index, S/D value of umbilical artery blood flow, delivery mode and pregnancy outcome, delivery outcome before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The amniotic fluid index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the S/D value of umbilical artery blood flow in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the preterm birth rate, cesarean section rate and Apgar score ≤7 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The neonatal weight in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium can effectively improve the S/D value of umbilical artery blood flow AFI, improve the outcome of maternal and infant.
