Clinical study on electrocautery under bronchoscope combined with local drugs in the treatment of central lung cancer

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of electrocautery under bronchoscope combined with local drugs in the treatment of central lung cancer. Methods A total of 76 patients with incomplete central lung cancer who were treated in Jiujiang Third People′s Hospital from March 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 38 cases in each groups. The control group was given systemic intravenous therapy, the observation group was given electrocautery combined with local drug therapy. After one course of treatment, the effective rate of airway stenosis treatment, Karnofsky score and blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of Karnofsky, the level of PaO2, FEV1, FVC indicators of the observation group after 1 course of treatment were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Electrocautery under bronchoscope combined with local drugs in the treatment of central lung cancer is simple, tolerable, and safe. The combined local drugs have a significant effect and can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of central lung cancer.
