Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with gallstones. Methods A total of 140 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects, according to the random number table method, patients were divided into observation group and control group, 70 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, postoperative exhaust time, patient′s emotional state changes, total nursing satisfaction, complications were compared between two groups. Results The operation time，hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); after intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the overall satisfaction of nursing services in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and complications total incidence was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gallstones is significant.
