Application effect of psychological nursing in prenatal fetal heart monitoring

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in prenatal fetal heart monitoring.Methods 130 cases of pregnant women with fetal heart monitoring admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected as observation objects. According to the order of treatment, the pregnant women were divided into control group (n=65) and observation group (n=65). The control group was prepared for fetal heart monitoring according to the conventional process, checked the data of pregnant women, and paid close attention to the monitoring process.The observation group was given psychological care on the basis of conventional care, and the psychological state,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the pregnant women before and after nursing intervention were observed between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, with statistical differences (P<0.05), the scores of HAMA and HAMD of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The total nursing compliance of the observation group was 92.31%, and that of the control group was 76.92%,the total compliance of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.905, P=0.015). The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 93.85%, and that of the control group was 80.00%, the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.482, P=0.019). Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing in prenatal fetal heart monitoring can effectively improve the psychological state of the parturient and improve the compliance and satisfaction of the parturient.
