Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of operating room detail nursing in patients with colon cancer surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients with colon cancer who underwent surgical treatment from July 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group (n=45) and control group (n=45) according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given detailed nursing care in the operating room. The quality of care, the occurrence of complications, the occurrence of operating room risk, and the satisfaction of nursing between the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group′s skill proficiency was(18.13±1.62)points,equipment preparation was(18.89±0.55)points,environmental score was(17.59±1.52) points, cleaning and disinfection was (19.95±1.25) points, which were higher than those of the control group of(13.37±1.74), (13.26±1.31), (12.71±1.39) and (14.17±1.93) points, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group (4.44%) was lower than that in the control group(24.44%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the incidence of operating room risk in the experimental group (6.67%) was lower than that in the control group (46.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);nursing total satisfaction in the experimental group (93.33%) was higher than that in the control group (68.89%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Operating room detail nursing applied to patients with colon cancer surgery can effectively improve the quality of care, reduce the occurrence of complications, reduce the risk of operating room, and improve the satisfaction of nursing, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
