Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of seamless integrated rescue mode in patients with acute stroke (CVA). Methods A total of 81 patients with acute CVA admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to December 2019 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group (n=41) and the control group (n=40). The control group adopted the conventional rescue mode, and the observation group adopted the integrated rescue mode. Pre-hospital emergency time, in-hospital emergency time, treatment success rate, accident incidence and satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results The pre-hospital and in-hospital treatment time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the success rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence of accidents was lower than that of the control group, the total degree of satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Seamless integrated rescue mode can improve the rescue success rate of acute CVA patients, shorten the pre-hospital emergency treatment time and in-hospital treatment time, and improve the satisfaction.
