Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of graded nursing intervention in the treatment of negative pressure closure drainage (VSD) treatment in patients with diabetic foot ulcer. Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number toble method, each had 50 cases. All patients were treated with VSD treatmend, the control group developed basic nursing strategies, and the experimental group carried out graded nursing intervention. Blood glucose before and after meal, patient′s recognition of nursing mode and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in blood glucose before and after nursing in the control group (P>0.05); the blood glucose index of patients in the experimental group after nursing was lower than that before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose index between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05); the blood glucose index of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Scores of foot care skills, verbal communication skills and nursing service attitude in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The formation time of peripheral granulation, scavenging time and basal granulation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of VSD treatment and graded nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot ulcer has certain application value, which can effectively stabilize and control the patient′s blood glucose, promote the formation of granulation tissue of the affected limb, build a good nurse-patient relationship, and thus obtain the recognition of patients on graded nursing intervention.
