家庭协同护理模式对轻中度老年痴呆患者认知功能及生活质量的影响

摘要目的探讨家庭协同护理模式对轻中度老年痴呆（AD）患者认知功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月～2019年9月我院收治的60 例首发轻中度AD 患者为研究对象。实施家庭协同护理模式的干预6 个月。采用中文版简易智能量表（MMSE）和老年痴呆生活质量量表（QOL-AD）评价患者干预前后的认知功能及生活质量。结果干预后患者的认知功能的定向力、记忆力、注意力和计算力、回忆能力、语言能力各维度评分及MMSE总分高于干预前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后患者的生活质量各条目评分及总分高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论家庭协同护理模式干预方法有助于改善轻中度首发AD 患者的认知功能，提高其生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of family collaborative care model on cognitive function and quality of life of patients with mild to moderate senile dementia (AD). Methods A total of 60 patients with first mild to moderate AD admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects. The intervention method of family collaborative care model was implemented for 6 months. The Chinese version of the mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and the quality of life-Alzheimer′s disease scale (QOL-AD) were used to evaluate the cognitive function and quality of life of patients with AD before and after intervention. Results After the intervention, the scores of cognitive function directionality, memory, attention and computation, recall, language in senile AD patients and total score of MMSE were higher than before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each item in the quality of life and and its total scores were higher than before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The intervention method of family collaborative care model can improve the cognitive function of patients and their quality of life with first mild and moderate AD.
