Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transperineal ultrasound for pelvic floor dysfunction in women with different reproductive history. Methods A total of 600 women patients who underwent transperineal ultrasound in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study objects. According to their reproductive history, they were divided into the non-fertility group (200 cases), the vaginal delivery group (200 cases) and the cesarean section group (200 cases). All patients underwent transperineal ultrasound examination, and the results of 2D ultrasound under resting state and 3D ultrasound under Valsalva action were recorded and analyzed. Results In the 600 women, there were 240 cases of pelvic floor dysfunction, and the positive rate was 40%. Among them, 135 cases were confirmed in the vaginal delivery group, 90 cases were confirmed in the cesarean section group, and 15 cases were confirmed in the non-fertility group. The positive rate of diagnosis in the vaginal delivery group were higher than those in the cesarean section group and the non-fertility group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive rate of diagnosis in cesarean section group was higher than that in non-fertility group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The descending distance of bladder neck, the descending distance of cervix uteri, the rotation degree of urethra, the area of pelvic diaphragmatic hiatus and the thickness of levator ani muscle in the vaginal delivery group and the cesarean section group were higher than those in the non fertile group, the values from bladder neck to the posterior lower edge of pubic symphysis and from cervix to posterior lower edge of pubic symphysis, and the thickness of pubic rectum muscle in the vaginal delivery group and the cesarean section group were lower than those in the non fertile group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Transperineal ultrasound has great clinical application value in the screening and diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases in women, which is worthy of promotion and application.
