Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of patients with tension headache. Methods A total of sixty patients with tension headache treated in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received ultrasound treatment. The headache score, frequency of headache attacks, duration of headache before and after treatment and curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in headache score, frequency of headache attacks and duration of headache between the two groups (P>0.05). After 5 days of treatment, the headache scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the frequencies of headache attacks were less than those before treatment, the duration of headache was shorter than that before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 5 days of treatment, the headache score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the frequency of headache attacks was less than that of the control group, and the duration of headache was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus can improve the symptoms and shorten the time of symptoms in patients with tension headache. It has a remarkable clinical effect.
