Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing methods for hospitalized schizophrenia patients. Methods A total of 100 inpatients with schizophrenia in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and the patients were divided into conventional nursing mode group and highquality nursing group using random number table method, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the conventional nursing mode group received routine care, and patients in the high-quality nursing group received high-quality care, degree of satisfaction, social function, physical health, mental health, material life four quality of life scores, social function defect screening scale; positive and negative symptom scales; and concise schizophrenia symptom scale scores; total incidence of risk events were compared between two groups. Results The total satisfaction of high-quality nursing group was higher than that of routine nursing mode group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the scores of social function deficiency screening scale, positive and negative symptom scale, and concise schizophrenia symptom scale in the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The positive, negative and positive symptoms scales and the concise schizophrenia symptoms scale scores after nursing were lower than those of the conventional nursing mode group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life factors in the high-quality nursing group were higher than those in the conventional nursing mode group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of risk events in the high-quality nursing group was lower than that in the conventional nursing mode group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can improve the mental symptoms of inpatients with schizophrenia, improve the quality of life, reduce risk and improve patient satisfaction.
