Abstract:Objective To study the influence of non-drug care on the neonatal pain, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation during the invasive operation. Methods A total of 100 neonates undergoing the invasive operation from January to December 2019 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by computer random method, 50 cases in each group. The observation group took the non-drug care; the control group took the conventional nursing. Pain scores, heart rate and oxygen saturation between two groups were compared. Results Upon puncture, after 30 and 60 s of puncture, pain scores in the observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), before puncture, heart rate and oxygen saturation between groups showed no statistically significant differences (P>0.05); during and after puncture, heart rate in the observation group was lower than that of control group, during and after puncture, oxygen saturation in the observation group was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Non-drug care can alleviate the pain of invasive operation and reduce the effecton short-term adverse reactions.
