Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of fast track surgery (FTS) in the nursing care of patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods A total of 46 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomyin our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into reference group and study group by random throwing,23 cases in each group. Both groups underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy, and the reference group was given routine nursing, the study group carried out high-quality perioperative nursing based on the FTS concept. The first time out of bed, the hospital stay, and the visual analogue scale (VAS) score, and the incidence of complications such as atelectasis, lung infection, and pleural effusion between two groups were compared. Results The first time of getting out of bed and the length of stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the postoperative VAS score was lower than that in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 13.04%, which was lower than that in the control group for 39.13%, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The concept of FTS plays a significant role in nursing care of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy.
