认知行为干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者心理状态、用药依从性的影响

摘要目的探讨认知行为干预对慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者心理状态、用药依从性的影响。方法选取2019年1～6月在我院诊断治疗的60 例CHB 患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组，每组各30 例。对照组给予常规护理，干预组在对照组的基础上给予认知行为干预。比较两组干预前后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、服药依从性、自我效能评分。结果 ①两组干预后的服药依从性评分高于干预前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后，干预组的服药依从性评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；②两组干预后的SAS、SDS 评分低于干预前，干预后干预组的SAS、SDS 评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。③两组干预后的自我效能高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后，干预组的自我效能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论认知行为干预可显著改善CHB 患者的焦虑抑郁情况，提高服药依从性。

Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on mental state and drug compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods A total of 60 cases with CHB who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the intervention group and the control group by random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given cognitive behavioral intervention. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), medication compliance and self-efficacy scores before and after intervention were compared between two groups. Results ①After intervention, the compliance scores of the two groups were improved compared with before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); after intervention, the compliance score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).②After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). ③After intervention, the self-efficacy scores of the two groups were improved compared with before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); after intervention, the self-efficacy score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients with CHB, and improve drug compliance.
