Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy and its influence on the pregnancy rate of patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into study group (n=45)and control group (n=45) according to the random number table method. The control group received open surgery, the study group received laparoscopic surgery. The operative condition and postoperative recovery of the two groups were recorded, and the fallopian tube recanalization and postoperative pregnancy between the two groups were compared.Results The operation time, postoperative exhaust time, time to get out of bed and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The rate of fallopian tube recanalization in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The postoperative pregnancy in the study group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy can significantly shorten the treatment time, promote early the recovery of patients, improve the rate of postoperative pregnancy, worthy of clinical promotion.
