Objective To explore the application effect of early nutritional nursing intervention on patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation repair. Methods A total of 94 patients with perforation of gastric and duodenal ulcers who underwent repair in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected. They were divided control group and observation group according to the coin flip method, 47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group implemented early nutritional nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, the intervention effect of the two groups was compared. Results After the intervention, the nutritional status of both groups was improved, and the nutritional status indicators such as transferring, serum albumin, and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The time of gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group after first ventilation, diet recovery, and postoperative first defecation were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early nutritional nursing intervention in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair can improve the nutritional status of patients, promote gastrointestinal function recovery, and have good clinical application effect.
