Objective To explore the current status of female infertility patients′ reproductive life quality and its influencing factors. Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 423 female infertility patients who were diagnosed from July to November 2019. The general information questionnaire, self-esteem scale, reproductive quality of life scale and comprehension social support scale were used for investigation and analysis, and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was used to screen out the factors affecting the quality of life of female infertility patients. Results The score of quality of life of female infertility patients was (59.37±14.67) points. The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that understanding social support and self-esteem were protective factors for the quality of reproductive life, and feelings of discrimination (P<0.05), stigma and husbands as the only child were risk factors for the quality of reproductive life (P<0.05). Finally, the adjusted R2 was 31.6%. Conclusion The quality of reproductive life of female infertility patients is at a medium level. Nursing staff should actively play the role of understanding social support and self-esteem, and adopt psychological interventions to improve the quality of reproductive life of female infertility patients.
