Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of medical and nursing combined with anti-aspiration management model in stroke patients. Methods A total of 120 cases of stroke patients admitted to our hospital′s neurosurgery department from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into an observation group (60 cases) and a control group (60 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group adoped conventional nursing intervention measures, and the observation group adopted a management model of combined with medical care and anti-aspiration. The incidence of aspiration, incidence of aspiration pneumonia, and enthusiasm for medical cooperation between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of aspiration in the observation group was 3.33%, lower than that in the control group for 15.00%, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05); the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the observation group was 1.66%, which was lower than that in the control group for 11.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); after implementation, the enthusiasm of medical cooperation in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the clinical care of stroke patients, the use of medical care combined with anti-aspiration management model is conducive to reducing the incidence of aspiration of patients and the incidence of aspiration pneumonia, so that patients can recover as soon as possible, so it has high application value.
