Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in elderly patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods From October 2018 to April 2019, 100 elderly patients with DVT after LC were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention. The coagulation index, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The fibrinogen (FIB) and D-dimers (D-D) levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the nursing total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention for the elderly patients with DVT after LC can effectively improve the coagulation function, reduce the risk of complications, and improve the nursing satisfaction, which is worth clinical promoting.
