基于心理-社会因素护理模式在十二指肠溃疡患者中的应用

摘要目的探讨基于心理-社会因素护理模式在十二指肠溃疡病患者中的应用。方法选取2018年3月～2019年6月我院收治的80 例十二指肠溃疡病患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为观察组（n=40）与对照组（n=40）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予基于心理-社会因素护理模式。比较两组护理前后的焦虑症状评分、生活质量评分及总护理满意度。结果两组护理后焦虑症状评分低于护理前，生活质量评分高于护理前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理后焦虑症状评分低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的护理总满意度（97.50%）高于对照组（77.50%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论基于心理-社会因素护理模式能缓减十二指肠溃疡病患者的焦虑症状，改善患者的生活质量，提高护理满意度，值得临床应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of nursing model based on psychological and social factors in patients with duodenal ulcer. Methods A total of 80 patients with duodenal ulcer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological social factors based nursing mode on the basis of the control group. Anxiety symptom score and quality of life score before and after nursing, the degree of total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of anxiety symptoms in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, the quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The score of anxiety symptoms in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group, the quality of life score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group (97.50%) was higher than 77.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application effect of the nursing mode based on psychological and social factors in patients with duodenal ulcer is significant, which can reduce the anxiety symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and the satisfaction of nursing, it is worthy of clinical application.
