甘露醇联合早期中医针灸治疗高血压脑出血患者的效果

摘要目的探讨甘露醇联合早期中医针灸治疗高血压脑出血患者的效果。方法选取2017年1月～2019年5月我院诊治的60 例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组（30 例）和对照组（30 例）。对照组采取甘露醇治疗，观察组采取甘露醇联合早期中医针灸治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、肢体功能恢复情况、生活自理能力以及生活质量。结果观察组的总有效率（96.7%）高于对照组（76.7%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗前Barthel 评分、功能独立性量表（FIM）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者治疗后Barthel、FIM 评分高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后Barthel 评分[（65.4±9.1）分]高于对照组[（44.8±7.9）分]，FIM 评分[（68.4±9.4）分]高于对照组[（54.4±7.5）分]，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的心理功能评分[（25.5±3.8）分]、社会功能评分[（25.9±3.1）分]、生理功能评分[（25.1±3.2）分]均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高血压脑出血患者采取甘露醇联合早期中医针灸临床疗效确切，有效改善患者肢体功能和日常生活能力，改善患者的生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Mannitol combined with early traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group accepted Mannitol treatment, the observation group was treated with Mannitol combined with early Chinese medicine acupuncture. The clinical efficacy, limb function recovery, self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (96.7%) was higher than that of the control group (76.7%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the Barthel score and FIM score between the two groups of patients before treatment(P＞0.05); Barthel score and FIM score after treatment were higher than before treatment in both groups, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); after treatment, the Barthel score ([65.4±9.1]points) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ([44.8±7.9]points), and the FIM score ([68.4±9.4]points) was higher than that of the control group ([54.4±7.5]points), the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the observation group′s psychological function score ([25.5±3.8]points), social function score ([25.9±3.1]points) and physiological function score([25.1±3.2]points) were all higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Mannitol combined with early traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is definite, which can effectively improve the limb function and daily life ability of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
