社区中医体质辨识在老年人健康管理中的应用效果

摘要目的分析社区中医体质辨识在老年人健康管理的应用效果。方法选取佛山市中医院禅城高新区医院2018年3月～2019年3月接诊的500 例因身体不适体检的老年人作为研究对象，按照就诊顺序奇偶性的方法分为观察组（250 例）与对照组（250 例）。对照组接受传统社区护理管理，观察组接受社区中医体质辨识管理，比较两组中医体质评分、生活质量评分。结果观察组管理3 个月后的中医体质平和质评分、生活质量评分高于对照组，偏颇质评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区中医体质辨识可有效改善老年人体质及生活质量，值得借鉴。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of community traditimal Chinese medicine (TCM) constitution identification in elderly health management. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 500 elderly people who received physical examination from Zancheng High-tech Zone Hospital of Foshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into observation group (250 cases) and control group (250 cases) according to the parity method. The control group received traditional community nursing management, and the observation group received community TCM physical identification management. The physique score and quality of life score between the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of management, the scores of traditimal Chinese medicine constitution and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of biased quality were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Community TCM constitution identification can effectively improve the constitution and quality of life of the elderly, which is worth learning.
