Abstract：Objective To explore the value of transvaginal combined with transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine horn pregnancy. Methods From March 2017 to March 2019, the clinical data of 54 patients who were confirmed to have uterine horn pregnancy by follow-up or surgical pathology were selected. All patients were diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound, the data were analyzed and the pathological diagnosis results were taken as the gold standard. The diagnosis results of different diagnostic methods were analyzed, and the results of pathological diagnosis, transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were compared, and the application of the two diagnostic methods in the diagnosis of uterine horn was also compared.Results The specificity, accuracy and sensitivity of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were higher than those of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound (P＜0.05), and the specificity, accuracy and sensitivity of combined diagnosis were higher than those of transvaginal Doppler ultrasound and transabdominal Doppler ultrasound (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of uterine horn pregnancy, transvaginal and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis can play an important role. The combined diagnosis of the two diagnostic methods has good specificity, accuracy and sensitivity, and can provide more effective theoretical basis for clinical treatment of patients, with very high clinical application value, which is conducive to the improvement of treatment efficiency and is worthy of promotion and application.
