Abstract:Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with multiple cutting in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease. Methods The clinical data of 82 pregnant women with suspected fetal cardiac abnormalities from June 2017 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All pregnant women underwent color Doppler ultrasound with multiple cutting fetal heart examination. Follow-up to the end of pregnancy, using the results of neonatal cardiac examination, stillbirth, or autopsy of the induced fetus as the "gold standard", the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound combined multiple cutting examination in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease were evaluated. Results According to the "gold standard", 34 cases of fetal congenital heart disease were confirmed, of which 27 cases were detected by color Doppler ultrasound, and 32 cases were diagnosed by combined diagnosis. The "gold standard" was based on the results of neonatal cardiac examination, stillbirth, or autopsy of the induced fetus, the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound combined with multiple sections was 97.56%, which was higher than 87.80% of color Doppler ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.754, P=0.016). There were no significant difference in the sensitivity and specificity of the two inspection methods (P>0.05). There was no significant differences in missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate between color Doppler ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound combined with multiple cutting in the diagnosis of different types of fetal congenital heart disease (P>0.05). Conclusion The value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with multiple cutting in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease is higher, which can further improve the diagnostic accuracy, and it is of great significance to improve the health of newborns and promote eugenics.
