Abstract:Objective To investigate the early diagnostic value of high-sensitive troponin T(hs-TnT)combined with fragmented QRScomplex in acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 102 cases of AMI(AMI group)admitted to our department of cardiology and 78 cases of healthy examinees(control group)were selected from October 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital.The serum hs-TnT level and the incidence of fragmented QRScomplex were compared between the two groups,as well as between ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients(STEMI group,n=69)and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients(NSTEMI group,n=33).Then the diagnostic efficacy of single detection and combined detection of serum hs-TnT level and fragmented QRScomplex in the diagnosis of the AMI were compared.Results The level of serum hs-TnT in AMI group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of serum hs-TnT in STEMI group was higher than that in NSTEMI group in AMI group (P<0.05).The incidence of fragmented QRScomplex in the AMI group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of the fragmented QRScomplex of STEMI group in the AMI group was higher than that of the NSTEMI group(P<0.05).The diagnostic efficiency of hs-TnT combined with ECG fragmented QRS complex was better than that of hs-TnT and ECG fragmented QRScomplex alone(P<0.05).Conclusion For the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction,the combined detection of hs-TnT and electrocardiogram fragmentation QRS wave has higher sensitivity and accuracy than that of single detection,and can provide valuable reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment of AMI.
